Quite many times isnt' it! But then who said failure is permanent… With this standpoint I have been combining business and industry-leading psychological insight for close to 15 years now. I have worked in the Human Capital and learning facilitation domain with a diverse range of clients that include Fortune500 companies educational institutions central government and non-profit organizations. I dropped out from my admission in medical school even though that was the primary ‘inculcated dream’ since my childhood. After my post-graduation in Psychology had two of my start up ideas rejected with the response as ‘too futuristic'. Driven strongly by innovation learning transformation and passion I have been part of the core nucleus of the consulting team at Panarc Consulting Group. Appreciating business people and capability my dialogues and engagements happen through an ethos of Appreciation Resilience and Flow.
