Driven, outgoing, personable, professional. Over 10 years of customer service experience has made it a definite strong suit of mine. Currently a leasing consultant employed by PMC Property group, a leading leasing agency based in Philadelphia, PA, with various properties across the East Coast totaling to over apartments. Previously I was based in the service industry for over 10 years. Being a sales representative requires working with others which has professionally helped me with various skills needed in and out of the workplace, interpersonal skills being the most valued trade. Communication is key when working with people on a daily basis since what we say is important as well as how it is said. Non-verbal communication also provides a way of conveying thoughts and feelings without words which is just as important in order to maintain an orderly profile. The service industry has helped in these aspects greatly and also developed and strengthened my listening skills to help understand and interpret messages sent and received by others. Multi-tasking has also become a valued trade of mine having consistently been juggling more than 1 job at a time. I am self motivated and urge myself to daily to grow within my field and further my professional career.
