About Aarav Jaiswal

I enjoy meeting new people and seek to understand their motivations deeply. The relationships I've built over time bring me great satisfaction, balancing consistency with change and simplicity with diligence. My knowledge has primarily come from asking questions, listening attentively, and embracing a lasting curiosity rather than striving to know everything.Human interactions are complex, organizations are intricate, and deadlines create stress. While perfection in our interactions is impossible, I believe our most impactful moments arise from generous listening—making an effort to understand, appreciate, and inspire one another. For me, respect is essential in every interaction. It is true that "to be respected, one must show respect to others."At DraftSourcing, our expertise lies in project estimation and make-ready engineering in the competitive telecom sector. We prioritize fact-based decision-making and customer satisfaction, partnering with various companies to ensure operational excellence and budget compliance. As the Director of Engineering, my focus is on nurturing collaboration and spearheading innovation, utilizing my proficiency in TTCP to surpass business goals. Our achievements stem from a culture of insightful optimism and dedication to cultivating a team committed to polite and efficient service.
