As the founder of Against The Odds, I lead a social enterprise focused on enhancing individuals knowledge of the gambling industry & identifying the early transition of social gambling to gambling harm. Our mission is to create positive social impact through our programmes & workshops, whilst raising awareness of gambling harm throughout young people & coaching individuals across the addiction landscape to help them take back control. In addition to my work with ATO, I founded Kassidy Consulting to help education businesses develop effective strategies, whilst also working closely with employees to maximise job satisfaction & increasing output. I specialise in supporting leaders and teams to harness their strengths, drive innovation, and create lasting value.
