It’s a wonderful thing when your passion and profession are one and the same. Not everyone on our team had childhood dreams of working in the restaurant industry (though several of us certainly did). And not everyone here has a PhD in data science (though more than a few do). What does unite us — and helps us enable the potential of people both outside and inside our organization — is the determination to contribute in a meaningful way to clients and companies we serve that are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve. I feel deeply privileged to roll up my sleeves and work along-side senior executives for some of the most accomplished foodservice and hospitality companies in the world; aimed at solving some of the most complex challenges and aspirational goals that can be embarked on together. Mostly our clients now include the executive teams of multi-billion dollar hospitality and restaurant companies around the world. We also advise a growing number of prestigious private equity firms, institutional investors, and technology inventors and innovators globally.
