About Aaron Apollo Dreckmann

As part of Baker Hughes $2 billion Inspection business' Strategy Team, I am currently responsible for driving our long-range planning through a combination of data-driven business-intelligence and technical know-how. My proudest achievements so far have been among other things honoured with awards and include - the creation of a multi-million € industry consortium for establishing digital twins in battery manufacturing- led and enabled cross-functional, multi-company teams to success through challenging circumstances for innovative R&D projects in the NDT, Battery and digital space- a multitude of R&D activities in battery, electronics, automation, IoT etc. I thrive in challenging and exciting environments where the creative combination of business acumen, deep technical expertise and cross-functional communication and understanding is of the essence. My daily motivation is to work with a broad range of gifted, compassionate and bright-minded individuals and teams to achieve the best outcome for our company. The low-ego, collaborative environments I try to facilitate in teams, has proven as a nourishing foundation to enable high-performers, critical discussions and achieving excellent long-term results, even if hard decisions have to be made in a multi-industrial consortium setting with different partners.
