I am focused on success and as such have spent countless hours researching and learning on my own time to be better at communicating with clients and prospects. Below are some examples of research I have done to more effective in my job: Attended many webinars from renowned industry experts to learn the market landscape on anything related to payments, fraud, and dispute management. Invested time to learn concepts of computer programing to understand software capabilities and limitations. Took online courses after hours for the following languages: JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, SQL, HTML, & CSS over a period of 3 years.
