I am originally from Brooklyn, NY but have lived in multiple states. I've worked in many different fields over the last few years but have spent the last 10 years focused on retail and selling. In addition to retail I've also gained some experience in whole sale/showroom, fashion design, brand managing, web design, photography and retouching. I am currently a General Manager and Corporate Trainer for Ricky's NYC, a Beauty retailer, where I specialize in the sales and merchandising of a broad range of beauty and cosmetic products for men and women. I manage multiple locations and teams to accomplish both sales and operational goals. Prior to that I held a Store Manager position with the Atrium/Kith in Brooklyn. Before that I was a multiple Department Manager with Urban Outfitters for 6 years, working at almost every New York location and locations in Long Island and Queens. As a manager I've worked at the very smallest location and the largest and most profitable location. With profits ranging from $15 million a year to $50 million a year. I've managed a staff of over 100 associates and 10 key holders. I've developed over 10 associates to promotion in that time and have reached multiple sales and lost prevention goals. I am extremely experienced in high and low end sales. Organization, planning, communication, Team Building and merchandising are my strengths and I have an %100 commitment level to any team that I am a part of. Skills: Proficient computer knowledge with software: Microsoft office, Outlook and Internet Explorer Microsoft FrontPage and Expressions, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver. Knowledge and experience with Single-Lens reflex cameras and photography equipment. Sewing and design ability.
