As an inside sales representative with Frontline, I help companies across numerous verticals in the LA metro area to meet their IT needs. With BuildOps, I generated demand to help close deals and improve the working lives of sub-contractors across the country. I learned to prospect thousands of accounts to identify and strategically target ideal potential customers. Leveraging cold calls, email campaigns, and leads, I've generated a demand pipeline for account executives by booking qualified meetings with prospects to demo our offerings. I've become an expert on the industry and market trends and gotten creative to pull pain and demonstrate value to prospects. I've contributed to BuildOps' goal of continuing its hypergrowth model into 2025. As a marketing consultant at Spur Reply, I leveraged my communication expertise to improve business outcomes and foster enduring connections. I worked with various teams to build Excel spreadsheets and input data, draft outlines of case studies, and connect with clients at multiple touch points. I excelled in fast-paced environments where I solved complicated problems, whether I worked with a team or independently. I graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor's degree in International Political Economy in 2022. During my studies, I honed my presentation, communication, and customer relationship management skills, which I applied in my previous internships at The Borgen Project and The Spur Group.
