Outside of work, you'll find me ultrarunning trails and coaching others; accustomed to visualising big crazy goals and setting layered goals to drive, benchmark, and celebrate progress. And where a DNF means things didn't go to plan; review, learn, and do better next time. As a referee I fundamentally believe in fair play and teamwork; integral attributes in sales and business where rules of engagement exists to do right by the customer first, business second, and encourage the teams to collaborate. It's also taught me that the adage,"perception is reality" is often nonsense - usually no more than misinformed opinions that should be prevented through cross-functional teamwork and effective proactive communication.
