I am an experienced quantity surveyor that works extensively in the residential and commercial sectors and I possess 10 years of experience working in the UK construction industry. I am the founder of a small London based consultancy assisting clients throughout the UK. Our objective is simple, to save our clients time and most importantly money, we have been able to achieve over in savings for our clients, so it is not hard to understand why thrive from repeat business. We maintain a fastidious approach to ensure accuracy and reliability when working to client targets/deadlines. The construction industry has a notorious reputation for being extremely reluctant to accept or embrace change. For this reason, we often find that our clients need guidance in streamlining resources or operations that can improve their organisation in a variety of ways. We truly comprehend that it may pose as quite a challenging task, when adopting new methods which is why one of our strongest traits is our flexibility. We want to prove our value without compromising your comforts or company culture we always aim to work in hand in hand with our clients offering clear and concise communication. We have worked on small schemes of less than £20k to much larger schemes of £100m+ this has allowed us to build such a solid network of builders, architects and tradesmen which can be extremely effective when sourcing projects for investors or clients - no job is too small or too great.
