About Aaron Baseman

Aaron is a design leader, storyteller, problem solver and architect. His focus spans the world of design writ large from architecture and building design, interior design, design and strategy, spatial graphic implementation, graphic approach, user journey and full-scale FFE. He's sought to challenge the classic definition of the architect by having the unique experience of working on a wide range of project types from furniture design, curatorial and exposition work; high end private residential and major hospitality projects, brand and strategy development, art direction and spatial graphic immersion. His education, training and years of experience allows him to see projects simultaneously from the macro and micro levels, which he believe brings a fullness to the design and/or solution. He loves the design process and developing content—collaborating and learning from others to find multiple perspectives of a design brief. He leads by example, value strategic thinking and use a holistic approach to deliver clever design solutions. Aaron received his Masters of Architecture and Design from the AUD at UCLA. Following graduation, he joined Lorcan O’herlihy’s practice and has since worked with Arquitectonica, Rockwell Group and as an in-house creative leader for Calvin Klein.
