I'm a purpose-driven leader who thrives behind the scenes helping both visionary executives and high performing teams turn big ideas into aligned action. I love to play the facilitator role on strategic challenges with clients that move the needle forward towards their objectives. The more I understand a problem, the more interested I become in helping people find the best solutions. My hands-on experience as a People Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, and Business Analyst have honed my abilities to be the bridge in connecting the right people, to the right solutions, to deliver the right results. I’m an inspiring communicator and connector, an empathetic and encouraging leader, and a strategic thinker who brings both structure and soul. According to my DISC and the people who’ve worked with me, I naturally rally others around a shared goal, not just through planning, but through presence, trust, and funny dad jokes. After a recent sabbatical rooted in prayer, healing, and reflection, I’ve stepped back in with new clarity: I’m at my best when I’m building trust, advocating for others, and facilitating collaboration that leads to meaningful impact. I care deeply about working with organizations that value integrity, people, and purpose over prestige. I’m motivated by faith, community, and being of service. I can naturally build relationships with strangers, find common ground, and transition well into professional services that help develop future partnerships. This experience has helped me to drive team success, and productivity on projects. With an education in Product development and Interpersonal Communications, I thrive in environments that require strategic sponsorship with others, and agile responses to complex needs.
