My father spent his career in law enforcement. As a young boy I was always fascinated by his investigations. I’d ask questions about his work, tricks of the trade, the process, the quest to find the “bad guy.” Today I run my own investigations. The difference is I’m not looking for the “bad guy.” I’m looking for the right person. I’m a professional recruiter. I love my work though just once I’d like to be in a car chase. As a recruiter my work is every bit as fascinating and challenging. I partner with clients who need my expertise in finding the best and brightest talent for their teams. It takes a lot of creativity, discipline, and just a hint of luck. I’ve developed a real passion for networking. My years in the industry have shown me that team chemistry is no accident. I’m at my best when I fully understand my clients business as well as my candidate’s personal and professional goals.
