About Aaron Beck

I am a data-driven creative problem solver, passionate entrepreneur, and optimistic leader. I have led real estate development project budgets in excess of $500Million, coordinated telecommunications upgrades in metropolitan markets, and built strategic business relationships by leveraging my expertise in project management, finance, operations, and executive leadership. I have skillfully led diverse teams, supplier relationships, and cross-functional projects across multiple companies and geographic locations to stay on budget and achieve results. Starting my career with Irvine Company in Southern California, I held a variety of progressive leadership roles from financial analyst to project manager, gaining expertise in all aspects of real estate development. At the end of 2017, I took a personal sabbatical and relocated to Charlotte NC to be closer to my family and refocus my career aspirations, including the completion of my MBA in the fall of 2018. In 2021, I left the corporate world to pursue my entrepreneurship dreams as a franchise owner with FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers. Our first location is located in Concord, NC opening soon with plans to open two additional clinics within the next 2-3 years. We are a patient-centered team focused on helping our clients achieve optimal health and wellness, providing a variety of traditional and innovative physical therapies. Our specialties include fall prevention, balance improvement and treating a variety of vestibular disorders. I have always desired to be an entrepreneur. I started my first turf-installation business, Pacific Turf Design, in 2012 serving residential, retail, and commercial clients in Southern California while I was working full time. My approach to leading my businesses is that human capital is the most important asset and people are the game-changers. I’d rather continue to be challenged doing something that I love versus continuing to succeed at something that is not meaningful, or purpose-driven.
