About Aaron Beedilla

I am currently a Senior at the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business pursuing a BBA in Finance, Accounting, and a minor in MIS. I seek to pursue excellence in myself as well as to push others to their full potential. I am a motivator at heart, and have a passion helping others succeed. I aspire to have a career where I can reach the ambitious goals I have set before myself, as well as create positive change for others. My top five strengths according to Gallup's StrengthFinder 2.0 are as follows: 1. Individualization: I am intrigued with the unique qualities of each person and have a gift for figuring out how different people can work together productively. Significance: I want to make a big impact. I can be independent and prioritize projects based on how much impact they will have on my organization or people around me. Competition: I measure progress against the performance of others. I strive to do my best and revel in contests. 4.Learner: I have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. The process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites me. Futuristic: I am inspired by the future and what could be. I energize others with my visions of the future
