With a foundational certification in IT and over two and a half years of hands-on networking experience, I bring a confident, solutions-driven approach to every technical challenge. My expertise spans both physical and virtual environments, where I consistently deliver results through methodical diagnostics and a focus on long-term system stability. As the lead project manager for the Dallas region, I spearheaded the full modernization of 10+ facilities, overseeing transitions to Microsoft Teams Phones and managing infrastructure upgrades — including network hardware, phone systems, and end-user devices. In total, I successfully converted 15 buildings to Teams Voice, acting as the primary point of contact and IT ambassador for continuous oversight and support. I’m fluent across both Windows and macOS environments and have extensive experience with tools and platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Teams admin portals, Cisco and Aruba networking, Tanium, ManageEngine, TeamViewer, Service Desk systems, and healthcare platforms including PointClickCare and MyUnity. Beyond my technical skillset, I prioritize service-oriented thinking — tailoring solutions to client needs, building loyalty, and improving the end-user experience.
