About Aaron Bevan

As the Director of Bath Operations at Absolute Construction, I have over 14 years of experience in managing and executing kitchen and bathroom installation projects in partnership with The Home Depot. I am responsible for all company purchasing of goods and services, as well as mentoring sales staff in methodology and consulting excellence. I also maintain good communication and rapport with all levels of The Home Depot management, from store to corporate office. My goal is to deliver the best possible service and quality to our customers, while growing our business and expanding our market share. I have successfully increased our annual revenue from 1 million to over 6 million, thanks to my strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. I also travel extensively throughout Chicagoland to conduct on-site visits and to investigate customer escalations on extremely short notice. I am eager to learn and succeed, while helping others grow along the way.
