I began my career at Slumberland Furniture in Sioux Falls, SD where I was mentored to focus on constumer service and problem solving. I was involved in new store openings and current "Big Box" promotions. After, I took a position at Sioux Falls Ford Starting in sales. There I realized the power of see it and take it. I held positions within the company as a sales consultant, finance manager, general manager for their Dell Rapids store, and team leader. Currently I am at Papik Motors in Luverne, MN as the Business Manager. We have attached many projects as we grow and feel the need for processes that can be tracked as we grow and look for new areas in that growth. Goals are wide open. From developing training with both sales and management to overall branding of the dealership. The world is waiting, we just have to open it up a little.
