My professional journey commenced as an intern at Palmyra Area School District, where I collaborated closely with Technicians and Networking Administrators. Here, I played an instrumental role in managing an ecosystem of various devices, and overseeing 3,500+ students and their 1:1 devices through the adept use of JAMF software. Through this management, I've acquired knowledge of the use of IT Ticketing Services and responding to District-wide issues/maintenance inquiries. Throughout my tenure, I've sharpened my competencies in collaborative teamwork, Java programming, device repair, and management tools such as JAMF for Apple Devices.
