About Aaron Briggs

Ever since I was a child, technology has been my playground. Self-taught in HTML and CSS using nothing but Notepad and sheer curiosity, my love for programming and data has driven my career. Starting in Customer Service, I've worked for multiple Fortune 100 companies, providing technical support to hundreds of thousands of customers. My journey evolved as I transitioned into leadership roles, sharing my expertise to empower others. Over the past 15 years, I've leveraged data to enhance work efficiencies while maintaining effectiveness. My skill set includes multiple programming languages such as SQL, R, PHP, LUA, HTML, and CSS. While I pride myself on being largely self-taught, I've also earned certifications in Google Data Analytics and COPC, honing my ability to be both knowledgeable and effective for my employers. What sets me apart is my ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and relatable manner. Often, data enthusiasts are stereotyped as poor communicators, but my extensive customer service experience has equipped me with strong interpersonal skills. I can speak 'data' and 'people' fluently, bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders. I'm always eager to take on new roles and responsibilities to continue advancing my skills in the data world.
