I’m an IT Manager at KINCROME, running lean, secure, and automated systems that keep the business moving. I don’t just support infrastructure I modernise it. My focus is delivering high-impact solutions using automation, AI integration, and process optimisation across IT operations, networking, cloud, and web. With over 6.5 years of hands-on experience in the trenches, I’ve built, rebuilt, and optimised core systems, migrated platforms, deployed incident response workflows, and rolled out automation that removes human error from the equation. I lead all aspects of IT strategy and delivery network security, endpoint management, infrastructure upgrades, and DevOps initiatives while making sure end users don’t get stuck in the noise. Certs and skills? I’ve got them. JavaScript, React, ASP.NET MVC, cloud administration, PowerShell, Python scripting, and front-to-back web development. But I’m not here to tick boxes. I build tech that works, scales, and doesn’t break under load. Internally, I’m driving strategic IT projects like the Pronto CI/CD upgrade, Azure HCI migration, and EOL planning for Windows 10. I also architect integrations between legacy systems and modern platforms like SharePoint, Power Automate, and n8n to unify disconnected workflows. Outside of that, I’m leading documentation and standardisation efforts across the business, translating tribal knowledge into actionable, automated systems. My mission is simple: fix broken processes, build future-proof infrastructure, and remove roadblocks before they become problems. Always learning, always shipping, never standing still.
