About Aaron Calafato

In my current role as Programme Manager at KPMG Digital Solutions, I manage numerous linked technical projects and lead the setting up of project and programme management frameworks. When I moved to KPMG, I continued working on my consultancy skills by working on the setup of teams, coaching and training product owners, introduction of Agile principles at enterprise level, and consulting on multiple projects in different industries. Previously, I was focused on process improvement and team management where I changed the development practice to an Agile one, by using the Scrum framework, and eventually becoming the team’s Scrum master. As an IT consultant, I was acting as a product owner on multiple tax related domains while also mentoring other team members on process improvement. I started my career as a software developer and architect, where I was responsible for the development and leading of taxation-related initiatives. With certifications in both technology and taxation, I was able to handle the clients’ needs while also developing complex data-related products.
