I have contracted with multiple federal agencies including CISA, Department of Defense: Defense Information Security Agency (DISA), National Archives, and Department of Transportation. I specialize in- IT Security - System Administration - Information Assurance - Leadership - Problem Solving - Technical Writing - Customer Service - Project Management - Database Management At CISA, I am the System Administrator supporting ERwin and SharePoint. I created and maintained the SOP and System Administration Guides. I assist with server upgrades, migrations, and mitigation of security vulnerabilities. I provide server-side/client-side support for applications. At DISA, I earned the "Caught In The Act" Award 5 different times due to my work performance providing excellent customer service. My primary role is to actively assist with securing the DoD Network and provide risk assessments leveraging DoD policies: DoDI 8551.01 (PPSM), DoDI 8510.01.(Risk Management Framework (RMF)), and DoDI 8500.01 (Cybersecurity). At National Archives, I was the Change Management liaison between contractors and federal employees. My primary tasks included monitoring all projects from various IT teams, creating meeting agendas, leading discussions at technical meetings, and coordinating deadlines with federal technical monitors. I streamlined the Change Management process by reducing the number of technical meetings between contractors and government customers. Reducing the number of meetings proved to be a cost-effective solution for the government. I also improved the on-time completion rate of all projects and tasks from 85% to 95% which has never been done before. As an intern at the Department of Transportation, I communicated with Senior Executives, Chiefs, and Directors through briefings on the status of the SharePoint upgrade. After my summer internship concluded, SharePoint was successfully upgraded from 2007 to 2010. My work laid the foundation for federal employees to prepare for deployment and transition.
