Award-winning content exec with a 360° view across creative, physical production and international financing & co-productions; able to execute best-in-class content for global market with an eye for budget & audience. Aaron provides creative producer services in addition to consulting with global producers on accessing the Canadian market. Most recently, Aaron was the founding scripted executive at Alibi Entertainment, a Toronto-based production company known for lifestyle and factual hits like CARNIVAL EATS (Food) and SARAH OFF THE GRID (HGTV). As Alibi's first foray into scripted content, Aaron spearheaded a slate of bold and ambitious scripted series for the international marketplace and developed series with CBC, Bell Media as well as various international streamers and studios. As a producer, Aaron has spearheaded content like HEROES REBORN: DARK MATTERS, a digital prequel series to NBC's relaunch of the acclaimed HEROES network series, and television series TODD & THE BOOK OF PURE EVIL (FearNet/Bell Media) and WHAT'S UP WARTHOGS!(DisneyXD Canada). He also led development on the Academy Award-nominated animated feature film THE BREADWINNER (GKids), family comedy series RAISING EXPECTATIONS (Family Channel) and BRUNO & BOOTS: GO JUMP IN A POOL (YTV), a TV-movie based on the popular novel series by Gordon Korman. His television efforts have yielded total of 17 Canadian Screen Award Nominations and 3 wins. He is a proud member of the Producer's Guild of America and frequently provides mentorship through organizations like HRTS, Whistler Film Festival and Banff Media Festival.
