I am a resourceful and enthusiastic leader who harnesses his wealth of experience to create purposeful outcomes in the fields of History (Archaeology), artistic and Graphic commission and education and which focuses on year 6 to 12 students. My tenacity drives my lifelong learning and allows me to be highly adaptable to a variety of circumstances and working environments. I pride myself on creating an inclusive, engaging and unique learning environment that focuses on the Principles of Learning and Teaching. Archaeology and education, has given me a substantial cache of capabilities in problem analysis and resolution, project management, contingency and risk planning, research, resource coordination, communication methods and styles appropriate to deliver relevant, accurate and powerful curriculums that are melded to suit educational standards to diverse audiences and situations. In addition my stakeholder and relationship management style is collaborative while being assertive and confident in my areas of expertise. Through research and practice I understand how powerful positive behavioural management shapes strong and constructive emotional intelligence in students.
