About Aaron Chick

I have realized over the years that the only way I can get to where I want to be in life is to tenaciously work to get myself there. Ever since I was a kid I have wanted to be a pilot; but I always felt it was “The Impossible Dream.” Turns out I was wrong. After going through some intense strife in my life, I vowed to dig myself out of my situation and better myself. I earned my Private Pilot Certificate, and went to college to finish the rest of my pilot ratings. I learned the value of throwing myself wholeheartedly at a goal, and the success that comes with it. Currently, I am striving to complete my Bachelor’s in Aviation Flight Technology by the end of next year. When this is complete I will be continuing my education by earning a Master’s degree in Aviation Management. I am passionate about aviation and the freedom that comes with it. I spent 13 wonderful years with Fedex Express as a courier, and it was always my goal to retire from there. However, I have been open to the possibility of spending the rest of my career in a corporate flight department. I have been pursuing a CAM certification from the NBAA with the ultimate goal of becoming a Chief Pilot for a Part 91 company.
