About Aaron Cole

I started my career in mobile phone support, where I gained practical experience and knowledge in supporting and administering mobile applications. To further enhance my skills, I decided to pursue my Computer Networking Technologist diploma.Since then, I have worked in different roles, starting with an e-learning company, where I honed my technical and communication skills. Then, I moved into a Tier 2 application steward role, where I worked on a production operations and accounting portfolio. This role was particularly challenging as I was responsible for supporting and administering critical applications, including on-call duties.I thrive in problem-solving situations and enjoy working on process improvement. With some experience in evergreening process and inventory management, I am confident in my ability to streamline processes and manage inventory effectively. Additionally, I am currently upskilling by learning Tableau, working on my SQL knowledge, and taking an Azure Fundamentals course to keep up with industry standards. I am excited to leverage my experience, skills, and education to make a meaningful contribution to any team or organization.
