As a Purchasing Manager at 123ink.ie, I oversee the purchasing and logistics operations for one of Ireland's leading online retailers of printer supplies. I manage a team of four procurement specialists, who are responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and ordering products from over 50 suppliers across Europe. With a BSc in Marketing from Dublin Business School, I have a solid understanding of the retail industry and customer needs. I apply this knowledge to develop and implement effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and quality control, ensuring that we offer the best value and service to our clients. I also leverage my expertise in Microsoft Excel to create and analyze reports, dashboards, and forecasts, which help us optimize our procurement performance and identify opportunities for improvement. I am passionate about excellence and innovation in procurement, and I constantly seek to learn new skills and best practices.
