About Aaron Connor

For several years I ran the E2E claim fulfilment operations at a Customer-centric InsureTech, SquareTrade Europe. Over my time at SquareTrade we more than doubled revenue, reaching over $250M, and I scaled our operations to service 2.4M customers, expanding our portfolio to service all Consumer Electronic devices (from a starting point of only Mobile claims), dealing with increasing complexity whilst onboarding and embedding a high-performing team of superstars to manage both cost and performance. I have 5-Years of Consulting experience at Newton Europe. I worked alongside clients to tackle their biggest problems and deliver significant operational improvements of 10-50% generally within 2-6 months. I worked across a variety of different sectors, primarily in defence, FMCG and Local Government and delivered improvement projects which had a meaningful impact on the day-today operations as well as the bottom-line of businesses. I have taken my experiences teaching into the business environment, understanding that like each lesson and pupil, each business and client is different and although the challenges faced may be similar, copy and paste thinking does not work.
