As a highly accomplished security professional, I excel in planning and executing 24/7 security operations for sites with millions of dollars in physical assets and thousands of personnel. Additionally, I am highly skilled in building, training, and developing strong teams that effectively respond to crisis and emergency situations. Leveraging success in military and civilian environments, I effectively translate comprehensive expertise in security, criminal investigations, and anti-terrorism activities to fully secure high value assets and operations. I offer additional expertise in stakeholder relations, budgeting/forecasting, policy development, and regulatory compliance. Examples of my skills and achievements include: OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Coordinate and lead 15 security personnel for a key strategic client, including scheduling and administering 24/7 coverage for DOD contracted sites with millions of dollars in airplanes and jet engines assets. TEAM LEADERSHIP: Established, built, and directed a COVID-19 Crisis Action Team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and base policies to limit the spread of the virus as personnel moved on and off post. PROCEDURE DEVELOPMENT: Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for serving as an Emergency Management Officer and Assistant Security Officer at Isa Air Base. Recognized for creating SOPs to address imminent danger for emergency operations centers in response to increased tensions with Iran. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Lead efforts to grow revenue and profitability at Country Cousins, including digitizing paper records, introducing E-pay to add new payment methods for 500+ tenants, and modernize resident accommodations. I am currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Dayton and still hold active DOD and industry Top Secret Security Clearance. I previously earned a Bachelor's in Organizational Security & Management from the University of Phoenix as well as numerous certifications and training through the U.S. Navy.
