As the Head of Mechanical Design at STIWA US Inc, I lead a team of engineers in creating innovative and efficient solutions for various industries. With over 10 years of experience in mechanical design, I have developed a strong expertise in assembly sequences, machine layouts, quotations, calculations, detailed concepts, safety concepts, and product evaluation. I also have a proven track record in leading internal project teams, executing acceptance of machines, planning work and project capacity, and recruiting new employees based on the needs of the team. In addition to my current role, I have also worked as a Design Engineer at Rinehart Racing and a Product Design Manager at Proplastic Design. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate of Science in Architectural Technology/Technician from Fayetteville Technical Community College. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to create products that are not only functional but also sustainable and environmentally friendly. I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques to enhance my performance and contribute to the success of my organization.
