About Aaron Dahl

Our team implements and supports the software utilized by contact centers at Novant Health. We work tirelessly to make communication as seamless as possible between providers, patients, and their families. With the help of our hospital operators and support staff, we deliver voice when and where it is most needed. I have B.S. in computer science from UNC Charlotte where I focused on object oriented programming, network-based applications, and mobile development. My greatest joy comes from solving problems I've never considered before. I'm always thrilled by the prospect of being given new tools to learn and a new challenge to surmount. I also have a background in retail sales, customer service, and management. This experience has developed my interpersonal and communication skills such that I am a valuable team member as well as a leader.
