As a strategic and solutions-driven Digital Systems Manager, I lead the development and implementation of innovative systems to streamline operations and enhance workflow efficiency at Rural Schools Collaborative. Partnering closely with our Executive Director, I drive digital strategy, optimize engagement analytics, manage partner intranets, and oversee project calendars and vendor relationships. My goal is to ensure that cross-functional teams have the tools and processes they need to execute projects effectively and scale impact. With a strong foundation in project management and process optimization, I'm passionate about building systems that empower organizations to operate efficiently, collaborate seamlessly, and achieve long-term goals. My expertise in digital tools, workflow automation, and strategic planning enables teams to focus on their core mission while maintaining high standards of productivity and innovation. My background in Art & Design and web development has shaped my ability to think creatively and problem-solve dynamically. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where I developed a deep appreciation for the intersection of creativity, education, and community impact. Over the course of my career, I’ve demonstrated leadership by mentoring teams, teaching, and helping individuals leverage technology and design for meaningful storytelling and engagement. Beyond my professional work, I remain deeply connected to the arts and education communities through active involvement in the International Visual Literacy Association (IVLA), where I also serve as Webmaster. I'm committed to fostering collaborative, mission-driven environments and believe that organizations thrive when they invest in both efficiency and human-centered creativity. I’m dedicated to leading teams, optimizing workflows, and driving success through thoughtful project management and digital strategy.
