About Aaron Demarco

With over a decade at L2 Specialties, I’ve built my career on leading construction projects with precision, creativity, and a people-first mindset. As Director of Construction, I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can guide teams, manage complex projects, and help align efforts with client expectations and company goals.I’m especially passionate about the Project Management side of my work—thinking outside the box, solving challenges in real time, and seeing a project through from kickoff to closeout. Whether it’s empowering my team, managing timelines, or driving quality results, I’m always focused on building smarter and better.Outside of work, I’m based in Orange County with my wife and three young kids. Weekends are filled with volunteering at church, youth sports, home projects, and finding time to explore—whether that’s a quick camping trip, heading to the mountains or lake, or enjoying a slice of paradise in Kauai.Let’s connect!
