Today, I serve as a Lean construction leader for my business unit, guiding project teams through the adoption of Lean practices that transform the way we plan, build, and lead. From facilitating pull plans and make-ready sessions to embedding Last Planner System routines and coaching field leaders, I focus on building reliable workflows and team ownership at every level of the project. My approach is practical, people-centered, and rooted in real-world experience. I’ve seen firsthand how the right structure, habits, and culture can elevate a team—and I’m committed to making those wins repeatable across projects.
