I am a seasoned executive leader in the fire protection industry, dedicated to fostering genuine relationships with clients and team members. Relocated from Utah to Gig Harbor, WA in early 2023 to lead Columbia Safety Services as CEO and oversee the operations of Columbia Fire, a thriving mid-sized fire sprinkler business in South Seattle, serving as President. Columbia Safety Services is now expanding across multiple states, including WA, OR, ID, NV, UT, WY, CO, MT, & AZ. I bring a wealth of experience managing large teams and navigating various ownership structures in the fire protection sector. My expertise spans a wide range of NFPA standards, particularly in fire alarm systems, monitoring, and special hazards. I have actively contributed to industry standards as a former Technical Committee Member of NFPA 25 and 10, and hold leadership roles in prominent associations like NAFED. Alongside my academic achievements, including a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, I have a strong background in business management and finance. Fluent in Spanish and a skilled musician, I am deeply involved in community service and hold dual citizenship in the US and Italy.
