About Aaron Drews

As a Research & Grants Manager at MKE Tech Hub Coalition, I support the mission of increasing tech talent and diversity in Southeastern Wisconsin. I have over three years of experience in grant writing and administration, as well as data analysis and communications, in the nonprofit sector. I leverage my skills and credentials as a Certified Grant Writer and a Master's Degree holder in International Relations to plan, write, and administer research and data-driven grants from various funding sources for the benefit of the regional tech ecosystem. I also conduct workforce system and reskilling program analysis, using data to inform and improve future program development. Additionally, I contribute to research-backed content development, using my creative writing and presentation skills to communicate the impact and value of our work. I am passionate about data, innovation, and inclusion, and I enjoy taking raw data and making it understandable and visually appealing.
