Aaron is a senior Cyber Security – Governance, Risk and Compliance professional with more than 10 years of experience in managing various aspects of information security, technology, and business process risk. He has also been successful in designing, developing and maintaining cyber security frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001/27002 and SOC2. Aaron also has a strong and practical understanding of security controls having worked closely in Security Operations. Some of Aaron’s key achievements include the following: Owned the end-to-end delivery of the SOC2 program at Openpay, involving scope selection, gap analysis, control design, GRC tool selection as well as on-going auditor engagement. Single-handedly executed on an IT Security Plan based on the CIS Top 20 framework to uplift the security controls at Mazda Australia. Single-handedly executed the operational {technology} risk management framework within his business units at FIS covering risk profiling, controls testing and risk committee's. Managed the Information Security Program {ISMS} at FIS for four consecutive years across six different office sites that had a total staff strength of around Planned and executed a project over a period of seven months to certify the FIS Australian office sites of Melbourne and Sydney to the ISO 27001 frameworkAaron is a natural leader and seeks his motivation through purpose driven work; assignments and tasks that aim to make a difference.
