About Aaron Eardley

The most rewarding work I've ever done was that of a stay-at-home father. I guided my child through several different milestones, including walking, reading, and mathematics. In the process, I experienced setbacks and discovered many of my own shortcomings, but I knew this was not a job I could just quit. I found that I possessed resilience, that I was an effective educator, and more than anything else, I found the fulfillment that comes from nurturing the growth of what you love. In addition to parenting, I have experienced the hard labor of a warehouse, the constant pressure of retail management, and the competitive environment of a financial institution. I know what it is to make a living and earn my keep, sometimes seeking only solace upon returning home. My most recent work, however, is once again being a cultivator of something positive: active growth, learning, and development in both my organization and myself. I very much enjoy my time as a problem-solver, Atlassian Administrator, and incident manager, and within my current employer, SoFi, as part of the Command Center team. Honest work is rewarding, but rewarding work is honestly best.
