With over seven years of work experience in the risk and compliance software industry, I am a passionate and driven Implementation Manager at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. I enjoy delivering solutions to clients in banking, insurance, and Fortune building lasting relationships, and acting as the bridge between our product team and our clients' compliance and IT departments. I thrive in challenging, client-facing work, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I value teamwork, diversity, and innovation, and I believe that I can contribute to the mission and vision of LexisNexis by bringing my expertise, experience, and perspective to the table. As part of the Professional Services consultancy team, I am responsible for many or all phases within the project life cycle, including implementation consulting, training, data analysis, and ongoing client relationship management. I help external clients understand and integrate our payments, compliance, and risk software solutions into their IT or systems infrastructure. I leverage my skills in social networking, professional communication, and ethical decision making to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction. I joined LexisNexis in 2019, after completing a two-year rotational program at Accuity, where I gained exposure to different aspects of the risk and compliance software business.
