For over 15 years, I’ve worked within the industrial and manufacturing sectors, helping clients evolve their facilities and processes to meet modern demands. I began my journey as a technologist developing detailed design packages and grew through roles in project leadership, business development, and ultimately as Industrial Team Lead. That path instilled in me a deep respect for clarity, collaboration, and the power of great relationships in complex project environments. From 2020 to 2025, I’ve had the privilege of serving as President of AEC Construction, a Construction Management firm founded on one simple belief: great projects start with trust. Under my leadership, our team has delivered exceptional work through openness, collaboration, and a transparent approach that empowers owners and stakeholders alike. As of October 2025, I’m excited to bring my Construction Management experience back to the WalterFedy side of the business—merging my design roots with hands-on construction leadership. This integration allows us to strengthen the entire project experience, uniting design and delivery under one clear, collaborative vision. Above all, I believe the best outcomes happen when teams understand the full journey—from concept to completion—and when transparency isn’t just a value, but a practice.
