About Aaron Estrocio

I am a BSc (Hons) graduate in Human Resource Management with a strong foundation in HR practices, including employment law, performance management, recruitment & selection, change management, people analytics and equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI). Alongside my degree, I have gained practical experience through HR consultancy projects, research assignments and customer-facing roles, equipping me with both academic knowledge and transferable professional skills. During my consultancy project, I worked with a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to analyse hybrid team collaboration and performance, conducting surveys, stakeholder interviews and HR reporting. This experience developed my skills in HR data analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivering practical recommendations. My background in retail and public service has further strengthened my interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities, while my digital skills include proficiency in Workday, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
