In my most recent role, I served as the chief technology officer at MedVantx. In that role, I directed the IT staff, various technologies, and digital transformation. Throughout my career, I have served in IT leadership roles with The Rubicon Project, Inc, StrongMail Systems, and QuakeCon. My strengths lie in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, executive leadership, decision-making, policy creation, and project management. Please review the following highlights from my career history: • Serving as COO and co-founder of Vytal, onboarding 5 initial clients successfully in 2021. • Training team members on SaaS and digital transformation to foster organizational change. • Supporting The Rubicon Project’s growth from 200 to 700 employees in 2 years through effective motivation, mentorship, coaching, and team leadership. • Assisting in taking The Rubicon Project public in 2015 by conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. • Controlling expenses following strategic negotiations and partnership with Dell, leading to $2M in revenue growth.
