About Aaron Gandy

I am a motivated and dynamic Training Professional with 11+ years of experience in creating innovative training curriculum, conducting training on diverse and multi-level groups of people, and following up with impact studies to consistently improve the process. I have partnered with project managers, business leaders, and subject-matter experts to create interesting and impactful workshops focusing on transitioning newly hired employees from the first day to veteran permanent workers. I currently work facilitating the training program at Wells Fargo Bank as their Learning and Development Facilitator. In this role, I focus on developing training sessions, creating educational materials, and coaching groups, from new hires to management, on a variety of duties, skills, and organizational policies. I continuously improve the process by conducting pilot classes to assess the course, material, and trainer, and facilitate attendee assessment to gauge the course effectiveness on the individual. Colleagues know me as a highly creative professional who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. I am constantly learning about educational technologies and human development and continue to study for the betterment of myself and my employer. Although my results-driven work ethic has been a big part of my advancement in the industry, I have been lucky to work alongside some great managers, colleagues, and staff. I have a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Texas, San Antonio and I am a member of the Association of Talent Development.
