About Aaron Gant

If I were to introduce myself in person I believe my handshake would show that in front of you stands and man that values hard work. I’ve held many positions in the workforce and perseverance and adaptability are two big skills I’ve picked up over my experiences as a manager and a student. Through my time as a computer science student I learned a great deal about the inner workings of computers and operating systems. I was promoted to manager at Gamestop where I would ensure certain task be done daily and also maintain the store as acting manager on duty. I also learned to delegate task and lead small teams. Shortly after I found myself employed at Dr Pepper Snapple Group where I learned to importance of time management and trust as I was unsupervised all day. My experience at Aerotek taught me flexibility and skills in the pharmaceutical and scientific world that are universally practiced. Finally Spectrum Brands taught me how to manage a great deal of people with the goal of hitting a deadline. I learned responsibility, leadership, accountability, and I greatly brushed up on my Microsoft Excel experience. Finally as an acting team lead at Target one of the biggest retailers in the world, I have learned team management on a high level, I’ve learned logistics of schedule making, high level business analysis, adaptability for all outcomes, and most importantly how to cultivate and develop a team into a sales driving workforce that is constantly on the top of the performance list for both sales and customers service. As a hardworking man in the workforce I know how to provide a employer with that energy and willingness to learn that I believe is necessary to the current job market. I take pride in proving myself to those that give me the chance and I’ve yet to come across a manager that didn’t approve of my work. I bring hard work, adaptability, reliability, and finesse to the workplace and I’d love to provide my services to you.
