I am highly skilled in NAS, SAN, and Backup systems, as well as in managing NetApp, EMC, and IBM SAN and NAS storage systems across various sites. Throughout my career, I have developed, implemented, and managed robust disaster recovery systems, maintaining impeccable service reliability. At my core, I am a problem-solver and technical leader, taking pride in my ability to thrive in challenging, high-pressure environments. In addition to my technical proficiency, I am a certified martial arts master instructor, a role that has allowed me to refine my leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills. In addition to my IT expertise, I am also a seasoned Martial Art Master Instructor. For the past several years, I have dedicated myself to the study and practice of martial arts, attaining a high level of proficiency in various disciplines. As a Master Instructor, I have had the privilege of training and mentoring students of all ages, helping them develop not only physical strength and discipline but also fostering qualities such as respect, perseverance, and self-confidence. Within the IT realm, my recent focus has primarily revolved around storage array replication for Disaster Recovery, catering to both Open Systems and Mainframe environments. Additionally, I have played a key role in several large-scale storage migration projects, collaborating with esteemed brands such as NetApp, EMC VMax, EMC XtremIO storage arrays, and Bricade SAN Fabrics. These experiences have further deepened my expertise and broadened my understanding of enterprise-level storage solutions. My areas of specialization encompass a wide range of subjects, including EMC, NetApp, VTL, TSM, Disaster Recovery, eDiscovery, and Information Security.
