As an experienced mortgage lending professional with 13 years of progressive experience, I have held positions of increasing responsibility within rapidly growing mortgage operations for both origination and servicing. These positions have served to provide a range of experience, including: customer facing operations management, end to end mortgage processing, compliance and quality control oversight, default servicing management, data analysis and reporting, continuous process improvement, project management, system implementations, and training and procedural development.
