I'm a professional with experience in quality assurance, operations, and technical roles across the metals and gaming industries. I bring a steady mix of hustle, leadership, and problem-solving to the table—and I take pride in improving systems, supporting teams, and delivering reliable, high-quality results. As the founder of an upscale event space, I led all aspects of the business—from marketing and brand development to contractor coordination and client experience. That hands-on experience strengthened my ability to adapt, build relationships, and lead through challenges with a solution-focused mindset. At Gerdau, I worked in quality assurance, where I helped expand lab operations, source and implement new equipment, and streamline testing processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. In the gaming industry, I’ve held both technical and operational roles—supporting a 250-machine expansion at Great Blue Heron by creating more efficient workflows, and currently serving as an Operations Supervisor at Great Canadian Gaming. In my current role, I’ve led improvements in slot inventory and sensitive parts management, developed training manuals, and introduced performance tools that have strengthened team accountability and operational flow.
