About Aaron Grinter

After completing a PhD in sustainability, I leap into a role in state government, so that I can make a meaningful impact in my community- I am passionate about sustainability and the opportunities that improving environmental health present for Australia at all levels. My research focused on finding and implementing strategies to help communities and organisations to improve their own sustainability- I love working in a team, but am also effective working autonomously without oversight. Through my previous work and because of my PhD, I have vast experience in project management and completing tasks in tight time-frames- Highly practiced communicator, having developed written skills through years of writing and editing, and developing oral communication skills through hospitality, sales, teaching, and speaking at numerous public and academic events.
